Gettin' Paid Random Ten Edition

Ladies and gents this one's coming to you live via my work spot. Enjoy....

1. Billy Jean - Michael Jackson from Thriller. Hells yeah, what a way to start off today's RT. This one is a classic, from his days of being black. I vaguely remember attempting to moonwalk in the street while my mother washed her car and blasted this 8-track (hells yeah momma duke), and I fell on my ass while the neighbor, Shirley, laughed at me. Fuck you Shirley, I got soul.

2. All Around The World - Digital Underground from a mixed old school hip-hop mix stolen via Kazaa. This song was featured in that crazy ass movie "Nothing But Trouble" with Demi Moore, Chevy Chase, Dan Akroyd (sp?), and John Candy. Great song!!

3. Something's Wrong - K's Choice from Paradise In Me. I love this track, it's hilarious. This is a brother/sister group from Belgium, kinda rock/alternative stuff. She sings, he strums, good times.

4. Hello Like Before - Bill Withers from Lean On Me, The Best Of. This song is aight. Too slow for me this morning though.

5. The Girl Is Mine - Michael Jackson from Thriller. Damn MJ, you get two plays off the same album in a random ten. That's not so random now is it? Oh well, this is a good one too, featuring Paul McCartney. It really is a shame that Mikey is so fucked up, he was good back in the day.

6. California Love - 2 Pac feat. Dr. Dre from Greatest Hits Disc 2. A hip-hop classic!!!! I dig 2-Pac, it's too bad that East/West side pride got in the way.

7. Move Over - Steppenwolf from 16 Greatest Hits. Love the drums on this track.

8. Octopus's Garden - The Beatles from Abbey Road. I too would like to be hiding out in an Octopus's Garden.

9. Love - Mos Def from Black On Both Sides. Love this track/album/man.

10. I Keep/Still Here - Jill Scott from Beautifully Human. A great inspirational song to end the ten!!! You all know I love this lady!!!!!!
