Where do socks go? How do they go from foot, to dirty clothes pile on floor or in hamper, to washer, to dryer, to vanished? Is there a small sock monster that lives inside my dryer who thrives on eating just one sock form a pair? Or is all the lint I remove just a shredded sock? Is there a consipiracy out to make me insane through stealing my socks while in the dyer? Why and where? I just don't understand.

I firmly believe the lint you see in the dryer is in fact a shredded sock. It's a conspiracy by that dates back decades. The Whirlpool dryer man has conspired with Hanes and other sock companies for the sole (no pun intended) purpose of destroying our socks one by one. You see, each sock destroyed guarantees one small pakistani child a job in the sweatshop. One small sock for man, one sweaty job for a child.
